Shipping policy

1.     Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1-3] days after we receive your order confirmation and payment verification.     Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.

2.     Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries/regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, member states of the European Union.
Note: We may be unable to ship to certain remote locations.     Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

3.     Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL to deliver your orders.

4.     Shipping Costs
We ship your orders via air express, and we cover the shipping cost.   For returns, you may choose the "collect shipping" method, and we will pay the return shipping fee.

5.     Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.     You can use this number on the carrier's website for real-time updates.

6.     International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
All applicable customs duties and import taxes are borne by us.

Customs Declarations: The full value of the order will be declared on the customs form.     We are required by law to do this and cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue them.

7.     What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and neighbors first.     If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 10 days of the shipped date, and we will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation.

Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at ben_r2025@outlook.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.     We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.     Please see our [Return & Refund Policy] for more details.
